GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

• Booking: To ensure that you get your desired Spa appointment, please book at least two weeks in advance. A credit card is necessary to hold your appointment.
  
• Arrival: Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you a few moments to relax and ensure that you are seen on time. Please limit mobile phone usage to our reception area only.
  
• Cancellation Policy and Fees: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will be charged the full service price. A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
  
• Return Policy: We accept an exchange or Spa Credit for all returned merchandise. All returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase and with an original receipt.
